Meteorite Museum (UCLA Campus)

Today I went to the meteorite museum on the UCLA campus. I had never been to the meteorite museum before, I really enjoyed it I look forward to going back in the near future. The small but very open Space allowed me to walk around and really lose myself in the exhibit. I felt as if I was really in space. This museum is definitely one of the hidden gems on UCLA's campus.
Already I finish to pay

The meteorite museum was a collection of meteorites and information about meteorites. The meteors that were on display were found all around the world. in the center of the room there're three meteorites. Next to them a brief description about where they where and who found them. The coolest part for me was how old the meteorites were estimated to be.  Seems to me that there weren't that many meteorites on exhibit. It Seem that there were more posters than actual rocks. I don't know why that, maybe I just couldn't find the whole of them. With the lack of actual findings, I still thought that this museum lived up to the hype. I was extremely intrigued by all of the information and the actual rocks themselves. With that being said I do wish that there were more meteorites on display simply because the ones that were excited me.

These are the two meteorites that I enjoyed the most. The pure size of them makes me so intrigued, the fact that they were once these massive rocks but through entry burnt off into these truly astonishes   me. I also am intrigued about how something like this could make an impact and we have no clue. The speed and weight of it alone should create a lot more damage than you think. It really makes you think and understand how big and how much the earth can actually withstand. I thought that these two really showed me how cool these kind of special space rocks can be.
